The office staff was very rude on the phone and I was suposed to not ne charged extra and I was i will use other locations going forward

joseph eI have rented from Uhaul before. This was my first time renting from this location. I was charged for 44 miles and I called the location to tell them there must be a mistake. I went to the location and showed proof with my Life360 app of the miles I did. The person at the counter started yelling saying I was accusing him of running a scam. I honestly just went to say something is wrong with the odometer not that the person was doing something shady. I am honestly very unhappy with how the situation got handled especially when the person behind the counter agreed that I had not used enough gas to have traveled 44 miles but refused to fix the situation. I will not be returning to this location and will be warning my friends and family about my experience.
