The guy who helped me get the truck was not super informative. He seemed difficult to understand and maybe like he also didn’t understand. The truck was nice and clean and worked great for our move though and the guy who checked the truck back in was nice and helpful.

Don't allow rental of a 24ft truck if they won't be available. We rented a truck from u-haul only to not have it for day of our move. I don't trust their reservation system to have unit ready for moving day. It was not the local dealership issue it was u-haul corporation not having the logistics in place.
RANDALL GThe brakes were not correct they worked but acted like they were always on and the brakes lights were always on Traded a car dollie instead of car trailer and my son picked up so didn't know the discrepancy.
