They should have locks on the trucks, because it’s inconvenient to go buy one last minute. Also, there where more additional fees this year than any previous years.

GERALD GEverything was great until I had to return the truck. I had my truck rental until 10pm, which is past closing hours. This was acknowledged by the front desk worker and I was given the instruction pamphlet. However, when it came time to return my truck, there was no parking on the street and no instructions on what to do about this. Simply instructions on not blocking the entrances and not getting the truck towed. Knowing my return time, it would have been nice if I had gotten a warning and trouble shooting on what to do if there was no available parking for the truck I was returning.
