Very poor customer service. Now they require you to go and take your own pictures of the vehicle you are renting even when you purchase the full insurance?! Then they tell me the the insurance doesn't cover the roof?! I will never use or recommend uhaul again and will post on social media telling people about your total lack of customer service. I will be using Penske from now on!
