Dawn was exceptionally good at taking care of a bad situation. I booked online for a U-Haul at a different location that they didn’t have I called this location and talked to Dawn she immediately called someone to fix the problem. She made a bad experience into a positive one. She is really good at taking care of the customer. I appreciate everything that she did.
