Check-in person had some confusion about confirming the drop-off location that had already been pre-arranged, omission of the $75/day insurance coverage info, and they did not have in-stock the number of rental moving-blankets I had requested. Also, very strangely, because we were "out of towners" (you would thing this would be common) we had to provide additional contact names/phone-numbers as an "assurance" that we were a good risk for taking the truck. The whole thing felt a little weird. We had completed the online rental weeks in-advance.
