When I picked up truck it was super dirty. Had to wipe down all interior walls and mop the entire box. Found dirty socks, an empty glass coke bottle and a full can of beer under drivers seat. Not cool

The truck was awesome.
LOIS NThis location had nothing to do with the storage issue. I was supposed to drop the uhaul in Santa Rosa and get storage there and had to be rerouted because of the lack of storage promised in Santa Rosa. I was left with no options which was unfair and costly
Danielle AThe process was straightforward. It is a bit disappointing that larger vans cannot be reserved and assured to be at the Healdsburg location for use and return. We had to settle for a 15 foot truck which meant multiple trips had to be made from Healdsburg to Petaluma.
Jo PCheck-in person had some confusion about confirming the drop-off location that had already been pre-arranged, omission of the $75/day insurance coverage info, and they did not have in-stock the number of rental moving-blankets I had requested. Also, very strangely, because we were "out of towners" (you would thing this would be common) we had to provide additional contact names/phone-numbers as an "assurance" that we were a good risk for taking the truck. The whole thing felt a little weird. We had completed the online rental weeks in-advance.
