Had a terrible interaction with your representative over the phone, Jasmine. I was specifically told when I picked up the truck that if no one was available I could call the after hours check in phone number to avoid being charged a manual check in fee. Jasmine inferred that I was LYING and tried to charge me anyway, she clearly did not know what she was talking about and was imposing additional charges and being all around difficult. When I challenged her she lost control and HUNG UP on me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I filmed the check out process and the truck, I cleaned and filled up the tank before dropping it off, I recorded our AWFUL phone conversation, and I filmed the check in process. If there are any discrepancies I will be happy to dispute, and if you would like to listen to the phone call I had with Jasmine do not hesitate to reach out to me. I WILL IN THE FUTURE DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE SURE I AVOID UHAUL AT ALL COSTS.

Rolly dRented a 26' truck. The ride was extremely jerky. Must have been something wrong with the truck.
Mark LI rented a trailer for one day (19 hours) and they charged me for two days and would not reverse the overcharge. They are being dishonest.
