The drop off location was closed tge day of our drop off and the online drop off program took 4 tries before it actially worked. Not impressive.

Seth EThe rating would be higher except for one complication. The truck is reserved was down for repairs and I didn't know about it until I got there. In fairness, Uhaul gave me a larger truck at the rate i was quoted. It was a bit of poor communication but worked out in tge end.
