While location and equipment experience was excellent, trying to use the app to return the equipment early was sub-par. Reached step 5 of 5 (take pictures of equipment to show condition upon return) and it would tell me one of the pictures wasn’t good and to retake, so I would retake that one and continue, but then the app would come back and tell me four others were bad. Kept doing that five or so times, and would never let me fully complete the process. Called regional office and spoke with Tina, and she confirmed the rental was checked in and to send the pics I had taken to you to verify no damage to the truck during my rental period. Appreciate the effort from Tina. Need to figure out the bugs in the app for a wholly positive experience.
