The only complaint would be the mushy mud zone where the pickup is located for the equipment. If I hadn't had a 4x4 truck I would have been stuck in the mud. Otherwise, the app made the drop off easy, and the manager who helped link me up was a nice gentleman.

Unlike the previous U-Haul truck we rented the service in Hedgesville was top notch
JAMES SPerson does not manage office. Doesn’t show up when scheduled. Pickup was very difficult and frustrating since person was not there. Had to call U Haul headquarters to get our truck. Lock box was difficult to open. We do not recommend this pick up location or person managing it.
