Andrew WCustomer service was terrible! The first place I was supposed to pick up the truck was changed to another location but the app still had the old location, when I went to pick up the truck at the new location the key was not in the lock box. It took several calls to U-Haul and they kept passing me off to another U-Haul person. Finally after over an hour they found another location that had a truck. I planned this trip and reserved the truck a week in advance so there would not be any problems. Ha ha. I was fooled. U-Haul was completely unreliable and the app was no better. The third place I found for the U-Haul truck was great solved all my problems and issues. Moving is stressful enough but adding all that incompetence was awful. It’s sad I have used U-Haul in the past and no problem. Not now. I will rent a truck from another company
