The young man that helped us had no clue what he was doing. Or he was absolutely RACIST! He let us leaving with the hitch in the wrong position causing the trailer to lean down 2 inches toward the ground ! We knew something was wrong, so we went down the street about 2 miles , at another u-haual store, where the gentleman there fixed the issue. He told us we. Could have had a bad accident considering we were about to drive clear to Utah!

The truck they gave me had the engine light on and the air conditioning sometimes worked and sometimes didn't; it would stop working on inclines.

THOMAS CThe customer service was good. They were on top of the problems with their rentals but they had the wrong location down for my drop off spot. I did a one way drive. So when I got to location to drop off they said it wasn’t in their system for that location. So they didn’t want to take the u-haul. Then on top of that the charges were all wrong since the drop off spot was incorrect. But thanks to the guy at the drop off spot he made it good. So no more going through this place for u-haul rentals sorry.
Matthew FLocation closed front door early and had I wait for assistance. App wasn’t working properly and although I did not click saying I retrieved the keys from the office it pushed me forward. There should easier access for the keys if you want customers to go through the app. I used the vehicle in town and put 9 miles on it. The truck was great, the price was great. The location added a fuel fee $30 plus 4 gallons for additional $27.00. They tried to add $57 when I returned the truck with more gas than it original had plus come on I used the truck for 9 miles and you want to say it needs 4 gallons? I called and alisa was wonderful and fast at returning the charges in part because I had taken photos but wonder what would have happened if I didn’t have the photos. All in all price truck and alisa were great but I don’t appreciate trying add unnecessary charges and excessive at that.
