Pickup Customer service agent was no help. Never showed us how to hitch the trailer or check to make sure it was correct. The trailer safety chain was broken. We had to purchase a new one to tow safely.

we had issues in getting a car hauler rented due to vehicle size ( 1500 chevy truck pulling a chevy impala sedan) and person working did not explain issue up front - took too long to get it processed and only after we said we had access to another 2500 GMC truck... the other thing was that with this car hauler the clearance is not proper for smaller sedans -- plastic airflow guard under front of vehicle scraped front cross beam and could not open doors of vehicle because of the wheel housing of car hauler... it got the job done but!!!!

KEVIN BTrailer lights worked intermittently and trailer was filthy. It was full of mud and debris, had to wash it out before it could be used.
