NATALIE Fhave left several message and sent photos of our return gas and mileage. We were charged for gas and miles which was not correct. That is why we kept calling and they kept saying someone will call you quickly and still no call weeks later:( If $40 means that much to you NOT to return a call….it makes me wonder how many customers get treated the same as we did. We may have to use uhaul again but we will make sure we have several people with us when we return so we never get treated loke this again.
