After my pick up location messed up horribly, the employee here went above and beyond trying to right their wrongs. He is still actively working to resolve the overcharge issues, however a much more pleasant experience.

The app was a little buggy at pickup. Someone came within 5 mins to help with the checkout and the same gentleman was already there at drop off and handled everything from there. I do apologize I didn't ask him his name, I was pushed for time but he did a outstanding job. Truck was ready and really clean the A/C was super cold. Perfect, Thank You!

CLEO WI have been renting for years and this location is by far the best. The staff was super nice and very professional. I had trouble getting the roll up door to close. I called the office he said I will be there right away. Fortunately, it was my error and I manged to get it to work before he arrived. 5 stars for this location. I would also like to say the Fishing Creek location in Oxford is top tier also. 5 stars
