Andre DAfter my pick up location messed up horribly, the employee here went above and beyond trying to right their wrongs. He is still actively working to resolve the overcharge issues, however a much more pleasant experience.
Kristen PThe app was a little buggy at pickup. Someone came within 5 mins to help with the checkout and the same gentleman was already there at drop off and handled everything from there. I do apologize I didn't ask him his name, I was pushed for time but he did a outstanding job. Truck was ready and really clean the A/C was super cold. Perfect, Thank You!
