We had a problem unlocking the box to get the keys Mr Brown came right out to help, turns out it was something I didn’t do correctly. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location for your U-Haul rental.
Linda PYou never know how peoples days are going. I was having technical difficulties when I arrived and I had already had a rough couple of days. Mr. Brown called me to ask if I needed any assistance, after I said yes. He arrived 2 minutes later (before the establishment was open on a Sunday morning). He resolved my technical issues and ensured I had everything I needed with immaculate customer service skills.
