I was very satisfied overall. The appointment was very smooth and the gentleman was extremely polite and friendly. He helped me hook up the trailer, checked all the lights and I was all set. The parking lot was very spacious and I was able to to drop the trailer off with no issues. I definitely will rent from him next time.
