Truck reserved was unavailable, was given a larger truck than wanted/needed for a cross country trip. The truck was dirty and the check engine light was on. Had to Transload trucks which put me behind schedule with my trip. Second truck was fine.

Neal BThe pending transaction of $322.00 still hasn’t come off my card, and I’ve had to wait for that to come off in order to be able to afford to pay the other $300.33 that was due… I’ve been checking the pending transaction daily in an effort to update it, but it still shows on my bank statement. I can safely say I won’t be using U-Haul again for my moving needs.
Rhiannon EWe had to do all of the return process ourselves (park the truck and trailer in two different places, move another customer's truck because the uhaul attendant doesnt drive, retrieve and fold all the blankets, go get the picture of the mileage and fuel, etc.) It felt like a hassle.
