The trailer I rented had one bad strap. I did let the location know when I returned it. They were apologetic and said they would have Uhaul replace it immediately. Great people at the location, very helpful.

I came about 8:10 am to pick up the van. The lady working was laminating something. She made me wait until she was finished laminating before she would sign me out. Very rude.
