The address listed needs to be updated to reflect its true location. This location is not Trussville but Argo. This added 50 miles round trip to my total. I would have selected a location closer to my home. Also, I paid an additional $20 because an explanation was not given that a QR code needed to be scanned not just a key dropped in the after hour box. What is the advantage of an after hour box if you are still charged? The owner handed me the key to the van but did not bother to walk me to the car to ensure I understood the features. I had to go back into the store because I didn't readily locate the start button. I had to call back because I didn't know the button combination on the fob for the back door. The owner was pleasantly but needed to provide more thorough customer service.
