The site would not let me go to the next screen when after taking the pictures in the site. So I don't know if they received them. It was in great condition when I left it. There better not be any charges incurred because uhual site crashed while I submitted full tank and Mileage levels and pictures

I’ve rented from them twice now. The interactions were seamless. (Except they didn’t have the furniture blankets I had to get them at a different location.). Every thing went smoothly and quickly. Thank you
SUSAN LThis was not a pleasant or easy experience; I will not be renting a U-Haul like this again. The app was difficult to use. I had to put in my information and the additional driver information multiple times. The app refused to save/accept the photos I took to document the condition when we initially picked up the vehicle. Additionally, when we dropped off the vehicle, the app was very finicky regarding what photos it wanted to accept. There was a muffin wrapper in the front cabin cupholder. The front cabin felt dingy / generally unclean. Someone also left partially drank soda bottles in the green bag in the back where the furniture pads were supposed to be stored. Overall a very unpleasant and stressful experience.
