JAMES WLike i said. Above. You can make sure your people online and in store are on the same page. Make sure that when someone calls the eight hundred number that they are given the same information each time, they call the eight hundred number. It should not depend on which person you talk to as to what you pay. The people in store are not helpful when it comes to figuring things out.
