I had a great experience at this U-Haul location : PALM SPRINGS MILE VALEROPALM SPRINGS MILE VALERO . The staff was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. The person who helped me pick up the truck was excellent—very organized, clear with instructions, and gave me personalized attention. The person who received the truck when I returned it was just as helpful and courteous. Everything was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Highly recommended!
JUAN AThe truck was drop off on Saturday not on Sunday as received in final email. Truck was return 3 days before contract ended. I don’t understand why they forced you to 4 days minimum..
