The store stated I drove 421 miles, when I had only driven approximately 45-50 miles max. I have never experienced an issue with a uhaul representative before until this afternoon. I am beyond disgusted in this type of behavior from a company I haven been renting from for years.

The guy was super rude. Went off on how we were 20 minutes late and that he was about to leave for the day, yet he was detailing a car. He then went off about that The girl that usually works the front went out to lunch, because we took to long. I would not recommend this location at all!!! I’ve had experience with Uhual and it has gone well, but this was the WORST experience ever.

I am still in discussions to mitigate the circumstances THAT BEGAN AT THAT POOR REPRESENTATION OF A UHAUL outlet!!!! I am at the point of giving Penske ALL of my business from now on IT WAS THAT BAD!
