The estimate at time of rental was close...but of course ALWAYS more when the final bill arrives. The UHAUL location has the appearance of being slipshod with junk everywhere and a filthy office, but the tranaction and bill is acceptable. The owner's grandson is running the operation and lacks business experience but is a pleasant fellow and did what was expected. So yes, this is an average caliber of Uhaul franchise.
