Put 4wd or better tires to pull up hills
HOWARD TThe pick up location was closed for the holiday and I had to call U Haul customer service to understand the remote vehicle checkout process. It would have been nice for U Haul to let me know about the remote service when confirming my reservation. Otherwise, no problems
