They gave me a truck with furniture already in the back and didn’t check or ask if I was ok .. poor location

Hall needs to train people better
JENNIFER TLocation was better than expected. I was skeptical due to previous reviews. Really all the reviews for most locations were not that grand, so I rolled the dice here. It was a convenient location, and the gentleman at the store was polite and helpful, efficient and got it done.
NICOLE MLOCATION GREAT BUT APP EXPERIENCE VERY POOR, THE RESERVATION ON THE APP HAS BEEN A DISASTER, ONLY WAY I WAS SBLE TO RESERVE THE TRAILER WAS OVER THE PHONE.
