Please have the truck with a full tank of gas. I was charged extra for gas and then a fuel fee for a truck that was on1/4 a tank

We arrived for a 9am pick up. No keys were left for us. Had to call and the lady was helpful but had to drive 10 more minutes to a different pick up location and wasted 40 minutes of our time

WILBERT RI rented a dolly that wasn't included. Called customer service and was assured it would be removed from my bill. Checked in on line and the charge was still there. Ended up renting a dolly from another uhaul location.
