I changed my point of destination and was told there would be no additional charges and was charged and additional 1383.57. That is ridiculous.

John BEverything was easy the only problem I have is being charged for equipment that I didn't use nor was it available. $10 dolly fee . It was not in the truck nor in the store. The cashier can verify this.
Jennifer PI was told to return to Hi Lite Extended Stay on Highway 1, and when I showed up nobody was there. When I called the number I was informed that they had been shut down from U-Haul for weeks and I had to pivot and find another drop off location which was very stressful and frankly unacceptable.
