When I picked-up the vehicle, I was told the fuel tank was half-full (and according to the guage, it was). I was told to return it in that state (half-full) to avoid additional charges. There was no way for me to monitor the fuel flow in order to shut it off at 'half-full,' so I ended up filling it to the 3/4 mark, well over the half-full mark. This was reflected on the guage and is on the chart on my receipt. The attendant told me that I would receive credit for the over-fill on my e-receipt, however this is NOT reflected on my e-receipt. That is the only issue I have with the rental. Everything else was excellent.

Randy & Jeff we’re friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They even Loaned me a wrench to change my towing equipment. Even had free compressed air so I could top off my truck tires before hitting the road.

The man who was responsible for getting us our uhaul had no idea what he was doing. He had to call multiple people. In addition, he let at least 5 different customers go in front of us. Very unprofessional. I will not be using this location again.

Answered "no" to equipment maintained. The reason -- I rented a car dolly to pull single axle off the ground. The ratchets to tighten the "webs" over the tires were rusty. A little lubricant would have made my response positive. I don't believe this was "specific" to this location as the equipment gets moved around a lot between locations.

Where do I start.I went to my local Uhaul dealer on September 27th and RESERVED a 15’ truck to pick up Thursday October 4th @ 4:30 PM. Wednesday October 3rd Uhaul calls me and informs me that a 15’ truck is not available at my local dealer and the closest place I could get one was 35 miles away.So in one weeks time they couldn’t get me the truck I RESERVED.So they have me now.I have no choice.I tell the lady that since I have to drive 35 miles that I won’t be able to pick up until 5:30 PM. I hang up the phone and get a text that my RESERVATION for 10:00 AM is scheduled.What time did I just say I told her?So I call back and get my RESERVATION for 5:30 PM scheduled.Shortly after that I get a call from the pick up location saying everything is okay and they will see me @5:30. So I drive 35 miles to pick up the RESERVED truck and arrive @5:15 only to find out that the ONE employee at the store doesn’t know a thing about my RESERVATION and has no idea how to rent a Uhaul. So he calls somebody and leaves a message that i’m there to pick up a truck I RESERVED.Eventually somebody calls the store and the whole process is done over the phone,not in person.So @6:15 i’m handed the keys to my RESERVED truck and I walk across the highway by myself and finally leave in the truck I RESERVED for 4:30 at my local Uhaul dealer and drive 35 miles back home and end up loading the truck until 10:00 when I was hoping to be done by 8:00 in order to rest up for my 200 mile drive at 4:00 the next morning. Long story short,what you RESERVE at one location may not be what and where or when you will get. BE AWARE because NOBODY warned me ahead of time.

I arrived to turn in the uhaul truck after multiple calls all day to uHaul to let them know the drop off location emailed to me was incorrect. I called one last time and told them the right location, only to get to my desired location and the guy telling me he had no record of it. He then told me he was the only one there and it would be a while before he could finish with me. I told him I needed to go and he told me that I was "rude" and that he "wouldn't tolerate me talking to him like I did". I told him I just needed to go, and he made a smart comment about checking in hte truck under his breath. I explained that the truck had not been at a full 7/8 when I picked it up so he first gave me $10 back, then told me to give the $10 back to him, which I did. He was young (working the evening shift, wearing a cap and light purple shirt). I was almost in tears when I left. He was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a retail setting. I hope you have audio so you can hear the way he talked to me.
