Wendy from 768 traffic was so kind and an enormous help when my booking was set for a location I could not access (military base). She called a nearby location and had the equipment transferred to it all while constantly keeping me in the loop. Her excellent customer service and attitude saved the day.
JOHN BI was not reimbursed for the mileage not used during the rental. I paid for 50 miles @ 1.29 a mile and only used 35. I should have had $19.35 returned to my card. I will be posting this on Google as well.
