I made a U-Haul reservation that said was about four miles from my house. When I get confirmation the location I was given was 25 miles from my house! That is unacceptable. The location looked like Sanford and Sons, only worse. Junk all over the place, inside office was crammed with junk. Owner was smoking. Took forever on the computer to finalize the contract. Helper showed up in pajamas to help. I will definitely not use them again and will not drive out of my way to pick up a trailer!
