Well to start we booked a reservation on a Saturday and got there the lady was in process of renting out the only 15ft as we waited to pick up. Second experience we reserved another one for today, got it after having to call and raise hell to make sure they would have it for us to pick up. Took it back after putting $25 in gas to put it back on a quarter of a tank and they charged us another $20 after getting my receipt emailed to me. This has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had with renting anything. You guys need to train your associates on how to operated the systems as well as we went to pick up at 10am and was there 10 minutes early only to wait 15 minutes for someone to get in the office. Then another 20-30 minutes for them to get everything complete so we could take the truck. An absolute nightmare.
