Cindy at this location was rude and unprofessional. When I informed her I tried to do the 24/7 truck share so I could pick up my truck earlier then 10 am when we had to come back she abruptly cut me off and said â€œI open at 9! And U-Haul is only a small portion of my business I have the rest of this to take care ofâ€ at she pointed to the storage facility units. â€œI already work 7days a week and open at 9â€ then she asked me to write down two people I know and their contact information on a post it note. I also never received a copy Of my contract or the information on who to contact if I had vehicle problems with the truck. Overall this visit has poisoned how I view the U-Haul brand.KRISTEN G.

Truck wasn't ready when I got there. Woman at the desk was rude and seemed bothered to have to help meMatthew L.
When we arrived at the location, they were closed. We had been sent a link with instructions to follow from our cell phone on how to return the truck. However, it's out in the middle of no-where and the internet service was impossible. No matter what we tried...including standing in different places of the lot, we could not connect to the internet. And it kept saying our location couldn't be identified. So I called the main U-haul number to find out what our options were. I wanted to talk with a live person, and was on hold for over 9 minutes. While on hold, the pre-recorded message said something alongs the lines of "If the location is closed and you cannot return the truck with the instructions on your phone, please come back another day when the office is open." REALLY?? We had just spent the day moving and because the internet connection at your location is so poor, you want us to add an additional 30 miles to our truck rental? And spend another hour, on another day, to return the truck? Bad business. During the time I was on hold (ALMOST 10 minutes) waiting to talk to a live person, my husband, after walking all over the property trying to catch a signal, was able to complete the process. But it was an entire 25 minutes from the time we arrived on the lot to finishing the process. It was not a pleasant experience at all and I do not know that I could recommend.john S.
