I was charged for 66 miles on this rental. This is not possible. I picked up the vehicle and drove directly to the store to pick up my item. Then drove it straight to my house to offload my item. After that I drove back to the same U Haul location to return the vehicle. This rental should have been around 30 miles total. I take partial blame for this in that I did not verify the out mileage when I picked up the vehicle. However, there was no physical review of the vehicle with me and the documentation was emailed to me which showed the initial mileage. In addition I was told that the vehicle was full of gas but was not.
