Your location SUCKS, no one there to help you and the app would not let me get the keys and no codes for lock boxes. reserved dolly and NO one there and no equipment. Had to call multiple times for assistance. Close that location !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truck was infested with roaches. Mobile pick up and drop off service was very slow and had to restart the process multiple times.
Zackary CExisting Damage not included in pictures presented during checkin. Had to dispute 3 out of 4 sides of vehicle. Concerns me they charge multiple customers. Return process was painful. Required U-Haul app to be used.
