The gentleman that helped me when my original reservation was unavailable and he was also willing to give me a bigger truck for the same price, but he was so gracious I paid the regular price. I would definitely rent a u-haul from him again and recommend him to anyone.

Maxwell HI originally requested to go to Whitt but didn’t have my size available and was sent to Volusia county towing. Worst experience ever!!!! Whitt is great!
DAVID BI was scheduled for another location, pick up at 8:30am. The day of pick up I received a call at 7:30am saying that they had to change my location. Very aggravating BUT I must say, Buddy at the location I had to pick up the truck was super nice. Very quick to get us going and made sure everything was perfect. It all worked out perfectly!!!
