I had a reservation for a Toy Hauler. Corporate called and told him to rent to another customer instead. He stood up to corporate and said he would honor my reservation as I was first. That's the kind of location I will always rent from. Shame on Corporate for not honoring reservations.

WILLIAM SMy son and I traveled 7 hours to pick up a motorcycle and rented a motorcycle trailer. This was the only available one in the area. I forgot to bring electrical trailer adapter which prevented me from taking the trailer. A minor inconvenience at worst but with the long drive ahead of us I didn’t want to spend the time driving around town to buy another one. They gave me one of their personal ones.
