The manager invoiced me with high mileage since the vehicle was picked up, and charged me an extra $55 for returning the vehicle at 1:30 AM when I had been given the option to return it at 2:00 PM. She didn't honor the reservation I made through the app, and then it turns out I hadn't picked up the reservation. I assume she makes another contract for her commission, but she doesn't give me a copy of the contract either.
