The agent was argumentative and rude. She stated I had to have a secondary contact when the contract clearly states optional. She was clearly displeased when I didn’t take the insurance option. She said we require a minimum of 50 miles despite I only put 20, and used 5 total for the trip. She even threatened to cancel my reservation because I questioned her about things. She was very rude and then gave me a vehicle that the tire was low on air and she said it was the sensor refusing to give me another van. I will never go to this location again or recommend anyone use this location.
