Picking up the truck was a nightmare. I picked it up before the place was open and had nothing but issues with the online app, uploading ID, and opening the lock to get the key.

Uhaul is the complete worse company I have ever dealt with. They gave me the option to pick up and drop off through the app. The app states everything is good after drop off. Yet I get a charge on my account almost a month later. So a 19.95 uhaul that I used for one trip and filled the gas ended up costing me almost $170. Ridiculous. Never again. The worse experience.
