Truck was brand new, only had 50 miles on it. The pickup and dropoff process was very smooth. I would rented from BI again!!

Just very disappointed on the milage charge. $39.95 for the rental is fine. The $64.50 for the milage is not acceptable. Charging $1.29 a mile for 44 miles an afternoon of rental is ridicules. I wonder what the charge would be if I dropped it off at a different location? Just not happy with the milage charge.
