Wiper blades were horrible. Check operation before sending the truck out.

My only complaint on the drop location is location. I'm not sure why U-Haul picked the location, and I don't recall getting an opportunity to request a specific location, but there are at least a dozen U-Haul locations closer to my home in Hernando, FL. It was very frustrating to pass U-Haul dealer after U-Haul dealer to drive 15 miles away to drop off the trailer.

HAROLD BI first rented from a location in Brooksville Florida. I was called to let me know that location didn’t have my equipment. I was then sent to a new location. After driving 4 hours to pick up the trailer I get there and they don’t have it. I had to drive another 30 minutes out of my way to finally get what I needed.
