This location was selected by uhaul for my drop-off. When I arrived at 10am Friday Oct 30, 2026. There was a line of people outside saying they were waiting for help. There was a sign on the door to call when you need someone. They don't open the office unless you call. We all waited and a woman showed up. She told me that she would do the checkout process for me, she said I did not need to come in, and her husband would help us with where to park. He drove up a few mins later and did help us. He was friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 2 stars. I did not receive any checkout email so I called and the woman told me she would enter the infomation on Monday. That she had a lot of trailers she needed to check in. I waited until Monday and my order still showed active so I called the location again. I was concerned about being billed additional so I asked the woman if my drop off was going to reflect the Friday date. She was very rude and said she was going to take care of it and I wouldn't be charged extra and then hung up on me. I called customer service right away and reported my issue. They called the location and verified I did drop off on Friday. Customer Service then told me it would be taken care of. It was, but I wil ll never deal with that location again as long as that woman is working there!
