Jen was super awesome! She knew the route I was going and estimated a 15 mile journey. And was right under. Also had a ramp, that helped me get my moped into the back of the truck bed. Doing that by myself without the ramp would have been extremely difficult. So that little service had a huge impact on my experience 100/10 stars!!!
