As we returned our rental, we couldn’t find the online website to take pictures of our rental.😡We did take all the pictures filled up all online before we checked out. As we returned we couldn’t find the website again frustrated we didn’t wanna be charge the $20 We did put gas.

I don’t know the name of the front desk person at Ohana Storage but they certainly made the name feel like truth. I showed up after another company had cancelled my reservation unexpectedly and the staff member took care of making me a same day reservation, called me when the vehicle was actually available early and helped me out with a stuck piece of trash when I brought it back. Wouldn’t leave a car parked in the neighborhood but staff and service 10/10.
Kenneth HWhen I returned the truck, at 6p nobody in the office or customer service anymore. I was not informed that returning the truck is using the app. It was on time there was a guy returned also the rented equipment they had so he helped me, went to the App store then download the uhaul app. I can't follow at first but the app guide me to do the returned, I saw a person came out from the office entrance and asked help but she said she don't know because just an storage worker, again I went back to the app until I did it right, the worker you have said if I can't follow the return procedure on app I will just drop the key on the drop off box but I will be charge with another 1 day ($20). Good that it went thru and I get the rental receipt... my concerned is how about a person renting is not really good on AI or advancement in technology!
Edward SYou should make sure all the trucks have gas in them. I was assigned a truck that was just about completely empty.
