The app was extremely frustrating to use even with its excellent design, the implementation was poor for me at the time of use. It let me reserve a 20 footer while it was unavailable, luckily your representative was there later than his usual time and with some difficulty was able to switch it to a 10 footer. While returning the truck the app wouldn't accept all the pictures showing it's condition after many retakes and not letting me proceed, after going back and forth through the app it kicked me out not being able to get back to my last position in the app . The app put the current reservation into the past reservation leaving me with no closure on the return process. Luckily your rep was there at 10pm to give the keys to. This was definitely not a good self-service operation, but I'm thankful you offered it but without your rep at site it wouldn't work.
