How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt would be nice to have moving blankets included in the truck at time of rental, even if just included in the rental cost, but besides that, it worked very well.
Michael LYou need to put some kind of lift device on the tongue of these trailers. I’m 67 years old and it was all I could do to lift the trailer by myself. It took me the better part of 15-10 minutes to get the dam thing on my hitch. It is way too heavy for one person to lift and attach. No help was available and I did not know I would need help. I will never rent another trailer unless it has a lift device to assist with getting the trailer on my hitch.
Mike KEverything was perfect.
Luc LEverything was efficient and friendly. I would suggest more tall dolly’s as they didn’t have one to give me. Great ppl !!
