we booked the vehicle thursday at chilliwack (BC) location but the vehicle was not available on location till friday.we have to pick the vehicle from hope (BC) location.

I had to clean the truck inside, smelled like cigarettes and dog, dirty inside. I did not know the truck had to be returned to the same location it was rented from (I was broken down and needed a truck to get home in Okanagan). The person did ask if I was going to return it in Hope, but did not specify that it could not be returned elsewhere. My plans changed about returning the truck to Hope!, but had to do it due to the cost for u-haul to come get it.
