Called multiple times during working hours on multiple days to arrange drop off and never would answer or call me back. Finally had to just drop the truck off and hope for the best. I mean seriously how hard is it to just call someone back.
TAYLOR MNot try and rush people to move there belongings in 3 1/2 hours. When you have 24 hour rental. And when you bring it back you charge for another day. So since you were charged you go to get the truck back. And it's gone and so is the sales person. No one from the company will call me back. Or refund my money.
