U-Haul should not give an option of picking a unit up at 8 AM if the store doesn’t open until 9 AM. If somebody selects 8 AM, the store doesn’t open till nine. They should be told they have to use the app to pick up the unit.

Frank HCalled multiple times during working hours on multiple days to arrange drop off and never would answer or call me back. Finally had to just drop the truck off and hope for the best. I mean seriously how hard is it to just call someone back.
