MICHAEL II had to drop off the trailer after hours and use the app. The place was conveniently located, but it was pitch dark, no lighting. It wasn’t obvious to see where the entrance was at night and to easy to properly back up and park the trailer with very little visibility. I had to use my car’s headlights to provide enough light to take the photos. The ground was covered with mud after it had rained. My shoes got covered with it. The drive way and parking areas ought to be paved, or at least covered with compacted gravel. A challenging and dirty experience.

Michelle AU-Haul should not give an option of picking a unit up at 8 AM if the store doesn’t open until 9 AM. If somebody selects 8 AM, the store doesn’t open till nine. They should be told they have to use the app to pick up the unit.
