My comment has nothing to do with the pick-up location except that it is 17 miles (yes, 34 miles round trip) from my originally booked and confirmed pick-up location. The night before pick-up I was called by a U-Haul rep to inform me that my pick-up location didn't have a truck and I would have to pick-up elsewhere. I told her my concern regarding mileage and the extra gas needed to make the round trip back to my original pick-up point/city. She informed me that she would add 60 miles to the allotted mileage to make up the extra miles/gas. To my disappointment, this was not done and you can see by my records that I was charged for extra mileage. You can also see by my acct that I am a loyal customer but this experience is disappointing.

They did not give my deposit back
Melody WThe truck looked like it hasn’t been wiped or disinfected in weeks . The front end felt like it was going to just fall apart . The guy that checked me out was nice he told me it was on half and bring it back on half which I did . Then I got a receipt saying I owe 22 dollars for gas and he acted like it wasn’t his problem which was unprofessional .will not go back
