I found 20 minutes before my pickup that the location where I reserved the trailer did not have the trailer. I had to travel 17 more miles to a pickup location that was decided by UHaul. Extremely unprofessional.

Marcella MQuick and easy transaction picking up and dropping off. I would recommend this location and I will use them again!
Timothy SWent to return the truck early at this location, called Uhaul customer service to make sure truck was turned in properly since it was Saturday evening. The representative only told me I had to do it online and seemed almost annoyed. I called back a little later to make sure after I attempted to check truck in and got the same person so I decided to just give up on customer service and had to figure it out
Richard LEasy access, great staff
