Steven BThe reservation call center is not very efficient nor proficient. They sent me to the wrong location that wasn’t open yet after telling 9am was the pick up time. Upon callback to let them know there was no trailer they said I was in the wrong location. I have confirmation email sending me to wrong location. Customer service was like “oh well” and sent me to another spot. I didn’t pay for a run around, but I got it from U-haul. The absolute most disorganized place I’ve dealt with recently. I’m happy to say that the gentleman at the pick up location was a true professional and it was obvious he isn’t a U-haul employee because he knew how to take care of business. Very dissatisfied with U-Haul, very impressed with the Arkansas mattress and more employee. U-haul should contact them and get a lesson in customer service.
